OFFICIAL RULES

Participants of AX 2025 - Anime Expo - Los Angeles Kotobukiya Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) understand and agree to comply with the following rules (the “Rules”). NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS PROMOTION. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. 1. Promotion Sponsor:  Kotobukiya Co., Ltd. (“Kotobukiya”) 2. Prizes and Conditions:  Winners will receive the following:  ·Prizes at Panel about figures and plastic model kits: figures and plastic model kit products designated by the Promotion Sponsor (SRP: about $69.99-$159.99). Odds of winning will depend on the total number of entries received. 3. Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open to any participants who are at least 18 years old. Any minors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Minors who do not meet the manufacturer minimum recommended age of any prize may not participate in the Sweepstakes. Entrants must be present at Sponsor’s AX 2025 - Anime Expo - Los Angeles panel and must hold a valid ticket. Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. 4. Sweepstakes Period and Locations:   Panel about figures and plastic model kits: at the panel held on July 4th 6:45PM - 7:35PM at 408AB. 5. How to Enter: Participants will receive a numbered ticket when entering Sponsor’s Room. Tickets will be distributed free of charge, irrespective of the participant’s purchase of any merchandise or products. The distribution of tickets will terminate once the number of tickets to be distributed is reached or the Room becomes inaccessible due to congestion. Tickets will be distributed on a first-come-first-served basis, and a maximum of one ticket will be distributed per person. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, undelivered, delayed, or misdirected entries. Distribution of tickets may be temporarily suspended at the discretion of the Sponsor depending on the congestion of the Room in adherence to safety precautions. Participants may not transfer their allocated ticket to a third party with or without payment. Entry tickets received at panel are valid only at the panel which the participant attended and received their ticket and may not be used for the Sweepstakes in any other panels. 6. Winner Selection:  Sponsor will randomly select a number from among the numbers on the distributed tickets at the panel. The Sponsor will then confirm the participant holding the selected ticket number and provide them with a question related to the content discussed at the panel. If the participant can answer the question appropriately, the participant will receive a product as a prize corresponding to the panel they attended. The number of possible winners will be determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, but will not exceed the number of eligible and available prizes. If the participant is not present at the panel where their ticket is drawn, they will be deemed to have waived their right to answer the question and to participate in the Sweepstakes. All federal, state, and other tax liabilities arising from the game are the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitutions, exchanges (including for cash), reselling, or transfer of any prizes will be permitted. 7. General Conditions:  Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or terminate this Sweepstakes in the event of any act, occurrence, or reason that it believes would corrupt the integrity, administration, or fairness of the Sweepstakes. In the event that Sweepstakes is cancelled, the Sponsor shall not be liable to the extent permitted by law or regulation. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes, or any individual it finds to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this Sweepstakes or in disruptive manner. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, all of which are final and binding. 8. Limitations of Liability:  By participating in this Sweepstakes, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and other individuals engaged in the development or execution of this Sweepstakes, from any liability, claims, losses, or damages arising out of or relating to their participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize received in this Sweepstakes. 9. Choice of Law:  Any issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California without regard to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions. 10. Severability: If any provision of this Rules shall be held or made invalid by a court decision, statute or rule, or shall be otherwise rendered invalid, the remainder of this Rules shall not be affected thereby. 11. Disputes and Class-Action Waiver: Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. 12. Publicity:  Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes and acceptance of a prize constitutes a winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of entrant’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown, and state, for promotional purposes in any media now known or hereinafter developed, worldwide, without further notice or approval, and without additional payment or consideration.
