Notice Regarding Launch of a Plastic Model Parts

Dear Valued Customers,
Thank you for your generous patronage and support.
Currently, as part of after-sales support for our customers in Japan, we include a parts order card in our plastic model kit products.
At this time, we would like to announce the creation of a dedicated website for ordering parts. This service is only available to customers with an address in Japan.
Launch Date：Planned for Monday, October 2nd, 2023
*Subject to change according to development progress
Additionally, we will be discontinuing the sale of parts using currently available part order cards according to the date below. Sale of parts that are in-stock will continue through the website, so we would appreciate your understanding and continued patronage.
End of Service Date：Cards with Postmark date of Saturday, September 30th, 2023
*Due to the end of service, part order cards will no longer be useable.
Our part order service is an after-sales service intended to support the replacement of lost or damaged parts. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in continuing to refrain from placing orders that are outside the scope of our service.
In addition, please note that we will not accept any orders that we deem to be out of line with the purpose of our service.
