 This notice is an announcement and apology for a painting error that has occurred to our YUKUMO Plastic Model Kit.

 We offer our sincerest apologies to customers who have purchased the product.

 This notice will include the error details and information on the replacement procedure for the affected part.

【For Products Purchased within Japan】

The Kotobukiya Customer Support Center will be providing a replacement part for this product.
A dedicated contact form is currently being prepared for this procedure and will be announced on this page once it is ready.
The contact form is scheduled to be released in mid-July and the replacement parts are to be shipped in early August.

This is an announcement that the dedicated contact form for replacing the YUKUMO part with the painting error is now open. Customers who possess the defective part are requested to contact us by filling in the required information in the contact form below. The replacement parts will be shipped in order of inquiries received starting early August 2023.
