Parts Production Error Notice and Apology
Dear Valued Customers,
Thank you for your generous patronage and support.
This notice is an announcement and apology for a production error that has occurred in the hip joint part of several of our LUMITEA (ARCANADEA) plastic model kits.
We offer our sincerest apologies to customers who have purchased this plastic model kit.
This notice will include the error details and information on the product replacement procedure.

Production Error Details
The left and right hip joint parts C④ and C⑤ contain an error in which they do not securely attach. While LUMITEA can still be assembled with this error, the legs will detach easily when they are adjusted, which is not in accordance with the model’s original specifications.
Product Replacement Procedure
Kotobukiya will be sending a replacement runner for these parts.

For those who possess the above product with the defect, please fill out the contact form on the Kotobukiya homepage with the required information, along with address and phone number.
For those contacting via email, please make clear in your inquiry that you are requesting replacement parts for LUMITEA. Include the following information as well in the email: name, postal code, address, and phone number.
Replacement runners are currently scheduled to be shipped from January 24th, 2022 onwards. We apologize for any inconvenience.
When the replacement runner arrives, please re-assemble the fixed parts and replace the defective parts on the model.
Please note that replacement requests will only be accepted through the end of April 2022. Please contact the Customer Support Center for any requests made after this period.
