Notice Regarding End of Service for Parts Order Cards
Dear Valued Customers,
Thank you for your generous patronage and support.
As part of after-sales support for our customers in Japan, we used to include a parts order card in our plastic model kit products.
However, as we have launched a dedicated website for ordering parts, we would like to announce that we will be discontinuing the sale of parts using parts order cards.

Please note that your parts order card is no longer usable.
Parts that are in stock can be ordered through the newly launched website mentioned above. Please check the terms and conditions of use before using the site.
*We are unable to accept orders from or shipments to countries other than Japan.
Parts sales using parts order cards have ended in September 2023. Any cards sent after that date will be returned. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Our part order service is an after-sales service intended to support the replacement of lost or damaged parts. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in continuing to refrain from placing orders that are outside the scope of our service.
In addition, please note that we will not accept any orders that we deem to be out of line with the purpose of our service.
