「コトブキヤコンテンツグランプリ2016－KOTOGP－」の応募に関するお詫び
2016年8月26日（金）～12月6日（火）に開催いたしました、「コトブキヤコンテンツグランプリ2016 -KOTOGP-」において、応募締め切り前のサイト不具合により、＜2016年12月5日（月）22:50以降＞にご応募された投稿内容の一部が反映されていないことが、応募締め切り後に判明いたしました。
こちらの事態を受け、＜2016年12月5日（月）22:50以降＞にご投稿いただきましたお客様に対して、ご連絡をさせていただきましたが、弊社の力不足により、十分なご案内を行き届かせる事ができず、その結果、コンテストの審査対象から外れてしまったお客様がいらっしゃいました。誠に申し訳ございませんでした。
この度は、せっかく作品をご製作いただき、コンテストにご参加いただいたにもかかわらず、このような事態を招いてしまいましたこと、重ねてお詫び申し上げます。今後は同様の事態を招かぬよう、社内で協議した上で対策を講じ、再発防止に努めて参ります。
何卒ご容赦頂き、今後ともご愛顧のほど、よろしくお願い申し上げます。

Apology to Kotobukiya Contents Grand Prix 2016 -KOTOGP- Entrants
In regards to the Kotobukiya Contents Grand Prix 2016 -KOTOGP- which was held from Friday, August 26, 2016 to Tuesday, December 6, 2016, it was discovered after the event’s close that due to website trouble before the end of the event, a portion of the submissions entered after Monday, December 5, 2016 at 10:50 pm were not received.
Kotobukiya contacted customers who submitted entries after Monday, December 5, 2016 in regards to this; however we were unable to get in contact with all entrants. Consequently, there were entrants who were not included in the judging of the contest. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
We additionally apologize that this situation occurred despite our customers taking the time to create contents and participate in the contest. In order to prevent similar situations from occurring in the future, we will hold a conference to adopt measures that will prevent a recurrence.
We ask for your forgiveness on this matter, and hope for your continued patronage.
關於“壽屋原創系列模型賽2016 -KOTOGP2016-”的致歉
於2016年8月26日（週五）～12月6日（週二）舉行的“壽屋原創系列模型賽2016 -KOTOGP2016-”，由於報名截止前的服務器故障，我們在報名截止之後發現，2016年12月5日（週一）22:50之後的時間段所提交的一部分報名內容沒有被正確提交。
面對這樣的情況，我們針對2016年12月5日（週一）22:50之後進行報名的玩家進行了聯絡。但由於弊社能力有限，似乎有一部分玩家沒有收到我們的聯絡，以至於這些玩家的作品最終沒能成為評審對象，對此我們感到非常抱歉。
對於全心全意製作作品來參加我們的模型賽，最終卻演變成令人惋惜的結果的玩家，我們致以真摯的歉意。弊社將全力商討對策，確保今後將不再發生同樣的事。
